# Anatomy model license (muscles_{male,female}_{sculpted,lowpoly,ecorche}_v2.glb)

Covered files (web `data/models/`): `muscles_male_sculpted_v2.glb`,
`muscles_male_lowpoly_v2.glb`, `muscles_male_ecorche_v2.glb`,
`muscles_female_sculpted_v2.glb`, `muscles_female_lowpoly_v2.glb`,
`muscles_female_ecorche_v2.glb` (including the embedded fibre normal map), and
the matching iOS `MuscleBody{Male,Female}{Sculpted,Lowpoly,Ecorche}.usdz`.
The sha256 of each file is listed in `muscle_model_manifest.json`.

## Origin

Original work. The geometry is generated procedurally by FlowBuilder's own
scripts (`flowBuilder-artifacts/anatomy-v2/pipeline/build_anatomy.py`, Blender
5.2.2) from hand-written per-muscle definitions. Placement and proportions
come from facts and public-domain references (Gray's Anatomy 1918, Richer
1890, ANSUR II anthropometric medians, OpenStax Anatomy and Physiology for
facts only, and the papers cited in the definitions). No third-party mesh,
image or landmark set was opened, sampled or traced.

This license covers only the model files above. It does not cover the
FlowBuilder app code, the pose/muscle data, the retired 16-zone "Zones" écorché
(removed from the repo), or any other
asset.

## Change log

- 2026-10-08 v2: first release (male and female; High quality / Low poly /
  Realistic; 145 muscle keys; female adds two translucent `nonmuscle_breast_*`
  display nodes).
- 2026-10-08: rights holder listed as the studio, AJA Digital (no change
  to the license or the covered files).
